Our owner's primary responsibilities within the firm include client relations and development, design analysis, community outreach, city relations, and presentation strategy. Mullio also is a freelance writer and curator focusing on contemporary architecture projects.

Public Speaking:

Mullio is often invited to lecture on issues of real estate development, architecture, and urban design for a variety of institutions.
Selected articles and essays have appeared in The Los Angeles Times, Arcade Architecture and Design Journal, and Two Minds: Artists and Architects in Collaboration.

Mullio holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles.  She comes from a family of real estate owners and has a strong knowledge of real estate financing. She currently is a board member of City Fabrick.
